Our services

Occasional or Date Night Sitter

This is a one-shift service. The sitter is typically responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of your child/ren, preparing their meals, maintaining the parent’s structure and routine, engaging in safe play and activities, tidying up after child/ren. These sitters are often high school graduates or college age women pursuing careers in child education or the medical field. We highly encourage staying in contact with your sitter to avoid needing future services and applied fees.

  • Occasional or Date Night Sitter Service Fee $200
     
  • Notice of 5-7 days in advance. We do not provide ‘on call’ services.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum 4 hours of employment per shift.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum $20 (1 child), or minimum $23+/Hr. (2 or more children). 
  • Payment is due in full upon signing contract. 
  • No refunds
  • Interviews with the client family, via zoom, available upon request only for a one-time sitter. 
  • Clients are encouraged to stay in touch with their sitter to avoid future service and fees. 
  • We conduct, advertise, source and pre-interview candidates through Stand By Me~ A Mother’s Resource LLC. Candidate’s references and experiences are verified, a nationwide background screening through The Seal is conducted, and then we match candidates to fit your family’s specific dynamics.  
  • You arrange and pay your sitter directly for their services.

Vacation Sitter

This service is requested for out-of-town folks looking for childcare. The sitter is typically responsible for overseeing to the safety and well-being of your child/ren. Preparing child/ren’s meals, maintaining the parent’s structure and routine, engaging in safe play and activities, tidying up after child/ren. Depending on days/times needed, there may be a need for a couple of different sitters to fill the days/times requested. We highly encourage staying in contact with your sitter/s to avoid needing future services and applied fees. 

 

  • Vacation Sitter Service Fee $250


  • Notice of 5-7 days. We do not provide ‘On-Call’ services.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum of 4 hours employment.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum of $20 (1 child), or $23+/Hr. (2 or more children).
  • Payment is due in full upon signing contract.
  • No refunds
  • Interviews with the client family, via zoom, available upon request only.
  • Clients are encouraged to stay in touch with their sitter to avoid future service and fees.
  • We conduct, advertise, source and pre-interview candidates through Stand By Me~ A Mother’s Resource LLC. Candidate’s references and experiences are verified.
  • Up to two nationwide background screenings are conducted through The Seal. 
  • We match candidates to fit your family’s specific dynamics. 
  • You arrange and pay your sitter directly for their services.

Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny

Nannies are requested for all ages of childcare. They are often responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of someone else’s children. Nannies often assist with meal prep for the children, assist with grooming or diaper changes, maintaining structure and routine at parent’s request, engaging in safe play, organizing activities, oversee the child/ren’s overall safety and well-being, and some light tidying and light laundry if requested. The children are the nanny’s main priority. 

 Full-Time & Part-Time Nanny Service Fee $1200 

 

  • Notice of 4-8 weeks. 
  • Deposit of 50% due upon signing contract Section A.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum of 4 hours of employment per shift.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum of $20 (1 child), or $23+/Hr.  (2 or more children).
  • After selecting your Nanny, fill out Section B of this contract within 3 days of completing the interviews.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you do not hire from our selected recommendations, the remaining balance is not requested.
  • We: 
    • Advertise, source and pre-interview candidates through Stand By Me~ A Mother’s Resource LLC.
    • Review resumes and applications.
    • Verify candidate’s references and experiences.
    • Match candidates to fit your family’s specific dynamics. 
    • Conduct 3-way interviews with ‘best choice’ candidates and client families via zoom.
    • Secure a nationwide background and motor vehicle screening through The Seal.
    • Offer a 1-week trial (5 working days) with the option of one nanny replacement. 
    • Offer virtual support during your adjustment period.
  • You:
    • Arrange and pay your nanny directly for their services. 
    • Nanny/Client contracts are encouraged.

Short Term Nanny

Short Term nanny care is for up to 2 months. Example would be summer nanny care. Nannies are requested for all ages of childcare. They are often responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of someone else’s children. Nannies often assist with meal prep for the children, assist with grooming as needed, maintaining structure and routine at parent’s request, engaging in safe play, organizing activities, over-see to the child/ren’s overall safety and well-being, and some light tidy and light laundry if requested. The children are the nanny’s main priority. 

 Short Term Nanny Service Fee $1000 

  

  • Notice of 4-8 weeks.
  • Deposit of 50% due upon signing contract Section A.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum of $20/Hr. (1 child), 23+/Hr. (2 or more children).

    • Offer 1-week trial (5 working days) with the option of one nanny replacement. 
    • Offer virtual support during your adjustment period.

Infant Night Nanny

 An infant night nanny is responsible for newborns up to one year old. They are knowledgeable in the CDC/AAP guidelines for safe sleep, feedings, and infant handling. Infant and adult CPR/First Aid certification. How do they differ from postpartum doulas? Infant night nannies are ONLY responsible for the infant’s care during the overnight hours. They do NOT provide mental, physical, and emotional support to the family as a whole. Infant night nannies' responsibilities include seeing to the needs of the infant, feeding the infant (or bringing the infant to mom to nurse), burping, diaper changes, monitoring infant during their awake periods, settling infant to sleep, and washing infant bottles. Infant night nannies provide parents a better opportunity in obtaining a healthy night’s rest. Infant night nannies may be asked to assist in light laundry pertaining to the child/ren, light tidy of living areas, and are often allowed to sleep or rest when the infant is sleeping.  

  Infant Night Nanny Service Fee $1200

 

  • Notice of 6-8 weeks. 
  • Deposit of 50% due upon signing contract Section A.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum of 4 hours of employment per shift.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum of $35+/Hr.
  • After selecting your Nanny, fill out Section B of this contract within 3 days of completing the interviews.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you do not hire from our selected recommendations, the remaining balance is not requested.
  • We:
    • Advertise, source and pre-interview candidates through Stand By Me~ A Mother’s Resource LLC.
    • Review resumes and applications.
    • Verify candidate’s references and infant experiences.
    • Gauge candidate’s knowledge of the CDC/AAP guidelines for safe sleep, feedings, and infant handling.
    • Match candidates to fit your family’s specific dynamics. 
    • Conduct 3-way interviews with ‘best choice’ candidates and client families via zoom.
    • Secure a nationwide background and motor vehicle screening through The Seal.
    • Offer a 1-week trial (5 working days) with the option of a one-night nanny replacement. 
    • Offer virtual support during your adjustment period.
  • You:
    • You arrange and pay your infant night nanny directly for their services. 

Nanny/Client contracts are encouraged

Household Assistant

Parents are often consumed with working full time, and their children’s extracurricular activities and may find it difficult to maintain or keep up with the household responsibilities. A household assistant in this situation is extremely beneficial. They are often responsible to maintain the home’s cleanliness, organization, meal prep, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, household inventory, pet care, taking children to their extracurricular activities, etc. 

 Household Assistant Service Fee $1200 

  

  • Notice of 6-8 weeks. 
  • Deposit of 50% due upon signing the contract.
  • Must be willing to provide a minimum of 4 hours of employment per shift.
  • Must be willing to pay a minimum $30+/Hr. 
  • After selecting your Household Assistant, fill out Section B of this contract within 3 days of completed interviews
  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you do not hire from our selected recommendations, the remaining balance is not requested. 
  • We:
    • Advertise, source and pre-interview candidates through Stand By Me~ A Mother’s Resource LLC.
    • Review resumes and applications.
    • Verify candidate’s references and experiences.
    • Match candidates to fit your family’s specific dynamics. 
    • Conduct 3-way interviews with ‘best choice’ candidates and client families via zoom.
    • Secure a nationwide background and motor vehicle screening through The Seal.
    • Offer a 1-week trial (5 working days) with the option of one nanny replacement. 
    • Offer virtual support during your adjustment period.
  • You:
    • Arrange and pay your HA directly for their services. 
    • Household assistant & family contract is encouraged
